November 2026 Visa Bulletin: Family F1, F2B, F3 and F4 Jump About a Year

The November 2026 Visa Bulletin advances the worldwide F1, F2B, F3 and F4 Final Action Dates by roughly a year each, while EB-2 moves about three months and EB-3 Other Workers about five months.

The State Department's November 2026 Visa Bulletin delivers unusually large family-based movement. For applicants chargeable to "All other" countries, the Final Action Dates for F1, F2B, F3 and F4 each advanced by roughly one year, and several employment categories also moved forward.

Family-based: a year of movement in one month

Worldwide Final Action Dates:

  • F1: 2020-01-22 → 2021-01-22
  • F2A: 2026-09-22 → 2026-10-22
  • F2B: 2019-08-22 → 2020-08-22
  • F3: 2014-10-22 → 2015-10-22
  • F4: 2011-10-22 → 2012-10-22

China and India matched the worldwide advances in F1, F2A, F2B and F3; China also matched in F4, while India F4 stayed at 2006-12-15. Mexico moved more modestly: F1 advanced to 2008-09-22, F2A to 2026-04-22 and F3 to 2001-07-15, with F2B (2010-05-15) and F4 (2001-04-22) unchanged. For the Philippines, only F2A moved (to 2026-10-22).

The Dates for Filing chart followed suit for worldwide applicants: F1 to 2021-02-01, F2B to 2020-09-01, F3 to 2015-11-01 and F4 to 2012-11-01. F2A remains Current on the filing chart for all countries.

Employment-based: EB-2 and EB-3 move ahead

  • EB-2 (worldwide, Mexico, Philippines): 2025-01-01 → 2025-04-01. China (2021-10-01) and India (2013-11-01) are unchanged.
  • EB-3 Skilled: worldwide and Mexico 2024-05-15 → 2024-06-15; China to 2022-01-22; India to 2014-01-22; Philippines unchanged at 2023-08-15.
  • EB-3 Other Workers: worldwide and Mexico 2022-01-01 → 2022-06-01, the largest employment advance this month; India to 2014-01-22.
  • EB-1: remains Current worldwide; China advanced to 2023-08-01, India unchanged at 2023-02-01.
  • EB-4 (2022-12-15) and EB-5 Unreserved were unchanged across the board.

On the employment Dates for Filing chart, only EB-3 Other Workers moved (worldwide and Mexico to 2022-07-01); every other category held steady.

What it means

The family-based jumps bring a large group of waiting applicants within reach in a single month, so beneficiaries in those categories may want to compare their priority dates to the new cutoffs. For employment-based cases, USCIS decides each month whether I-485 adjustment applicants must use the Final Action Dates or the Dates for Filing chart, so check the USCIS chart rather than relying on the bulletin alone.
